3 PRODUCT SKINCARE ft THE BODY SHOP

My new year resolution this year was to find a skincare routine and stick to it; so in January I decided to try something new - The Body Shop Vitamin E cleanse, tone and moisturise set. I mainly picked these due to the reviews I've read and admittedly, I liked the pink packaging.

The Body Shop Vitamin E

Vitamin E The Body Shop

What it claims:
OUR POPULAR VITAMIN E CREAM AND VITAMIN E OIL ARE SUITABLE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES AND HELP TO PROTECT THE SKIN FROM PREMATURE AGEING. (Source: the body shop)

Price:
Cream Cleanser - £10.00
Hydrating Toner - £9.50
Night Cream - £13.00
My verdict:
The cleanser is great for breaking my makeup down and taking it off - yet I usually go in a second time to properly cleanse my skin. The cleanser is a creamy consistency but isn't really thick and claggy. It leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean and radiant. The toner is the usual consistency and is easy to glide over my face with a cotton pad. It's fresh and really removes all traces of left over dirt/makeup. The night moisturiser I have a love/hate bond with; it's super lightweight and only takes a couple of minutes to sink into my skin - yet after I've applied it, I always feel the need to wash my hands because they feel greasy - yet my face, not so much. It's a strange one, yet I continue to use it as my skin is always silky smooth the following morning.

I've been using all three products nearly every night since January and the products have only recently ran out - so they've lasted me just over 4 month! My skin is a lot softer, & it definitely feels radiant (compared to the dullness I was used to.)

Stick to or Try new?
Try new. I have loved these products & I'm super proud of myself for sticking to a new skincare routine, however I will be trying another new regime from the Body Shop - mainly to see what else they have to offer!

What skincare products do you recommend from the Body Shop?
